The race's official Weekend Schedule page is broken (301 then 302 out to the hakuapp.com vendor homepage; the direct page path 404s), the Cox Business Convention Center expo page returned 403, and the exhibitor page carries no times. NOT FROM A PAGE I FETCHED, flagged as unverified: a web-search summary gave the 2026 event as November 21-22, 2026 with the marathon on Sunday, November 22. Everything else (start times, corral cutoffs, expo hours, race-morning pickup) remains unresolved and should be confirmed directly with the race at (918) 210-7504 or [email protected].

Getting there

Assume you are walking. Tulsa Transit runs Sunday service only from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and its downtown hub, Denver Avenue Station at 319 S. Denver across from the BOK Center, is dead at 5:45 a.m. - so there is no bus that gets you to a morning start, and rideshare will be dropping you at the edge of a closed grid, not at the corral. The workable plan is a hotel inside the walk radius, or a car parked downtown before the perimeter tightens. Cars can still reach most downtown hotels: the closures are a ring around Guthrie Green rather than a blanket shutdown, and past-year coverage names the escape routes explicitly. What no page I could reach would tell me is when towing starts on the closed streets - the official parking page redirects to a dead link - so treat any car left on a race street overnight as at risk and confirm with your hotel.

• What closes and when. Streets around Guthrie Green - Cameron (Boston to Detroit), Boston (Cameron to Brady), Brady (Boston to Detroit), Reconciliation Way, plus MLK from Easton to Archer and one lane of MLK - close starting Thursday and stay closed through Sunday evening, with the finish-line pocket held until roughly 10-11 p.m. Sunday. MLK from I-244 to Archer and Detroit from Archer to I-244 close at 9 a.m. Friday. These are the dates and times Tulsa outlets published for a past edition; confirm the current year before you book a parking spot.
• Can a car reach the hotels. Yes for most of them, if you approach from the south or west. Boston, Cincinnati and Detroit southbound from 2nd are not closed and reach Highway 75; 3rd Street westbound reaches Highway 51 and I-244; Denver and Boulder are open south of 6th and north of 18th; 18th between Detroit and Denver is clear to take Denver north. What you cannot do is drive into the Guthrie Green block from Thursday on.
• Towing. No page I fetched gave a towing or parking-enforcement start time. • Where to park. Street parking is available across downtown plus roughly a dozen paid lots. Two named in Tulsa coverage: BOK West Parking Lot between MLK Jr. Blvd and Boston Ave at 100 E. Archer St, and Main Street Parkade between Main and Boston off First Street. Both sit west/south of the finish ring, so you can get to them without crossing the course early and get out afterward via 3rd Street.
• Transit runs too late to matter. Sunday Tulsa Transit service is 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Race morning starts before that. Buses are useful only for getting back to an outlying hotel in the afternoon, and even then Denver Avenue Station is a ten-minute walk from the finish area.
• Getting back to your room after finishing. Walk. The finish at Guthrie Green sits inside a closed-street pocket that no vehicle enters, so any pickup means walking several blocks out to an open street anyway - which is the whole argument for a downtown room. If you are based east, plan for a long cold-down walk to your lot and expect Denver/Boulder and 3rd Street west to be your way out; last runners are still on course past 11 a.m., so mid-morning driving inside the loop is slow.
• Gathering Place parking (if anyone is spectating there). On race Sunday, Gathering Place parking lots are unavailable until roughly 11 a.m., though the grounds open to pedestrians at 9 a.m. and the lots reopen around 11. Do not plan a car-based spectating stop there.
• Dinner the night before. Andolini's Pizzeria in downtown Tulsa is the easy, walkable, carb-obvious pick from the Brady/Guthrie Green area. Stated plainly: this recommendation is my own general knowledge, not something I fetched from a page in this research, so verify hours and location before you count on it.
