Save Your Breath 5K takes place on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at Kennebec Valley YMCA, 31 Union Street in Augusta, Maine. A flat out-and-back 5K on the rail trail from the YMCA down to the Adirondack chairs in Hallowell, chip timed, with a new timed walk division this year. Awards and a silent auction back at the Y afterwards. USATF sanctioned. The race is run over 5K. For anyone travelling in, Waterville is about 17 miles away and Boston is about 150 miles away.
